Relationship between the physical fitness level of college students and the risk of sports injuries

  • 摘要:   目的  探索大學生體質健康水平與運動傷害發生風險之間的關聯,為降低運動傷害的發生提供可參照依據。  方法  采用方便抽樣的方法,抽取上海市文科類、理科類、體育類(非體育生)3類院校1 237名大一至大四年級學生的身體形態、身體功能和身體素質3類體質測試成績,通過自我報告法調查學生近1年內運動傷害的發生情況。采用Logistic回歸分析、多元線性回歸以及兩分段線性回歸模型分析數據。  結果  大學生運動傷害發生率為12.5%(155名)。體質健康得分與發生運動傷害事件之間存在非線性關系,當體質健康得分 < 70分時,體質健康得分與運動傷害發生風險呈負相關(OR=0.88,95%CI=0.85~0.91,P < 0.05);體質健康得分≥70時,不同得分間發生運動傷害風險差異無統計學意義(OR=0.98,95%CI=0.95~1.02,P>0.05)。  結論  大學生體質健康水平與運動傷害發生風險呈負相關,建議大學生體質健康得分至少達到70分。
