Research progress of sports APP on exercise habits in college students

  • 摘要: 目前,運動類APP在互聯網與人工智能高速發展的基礎上逐漸實現多樣化,各種運動類APP活躍在大眾的視野當中。本文通過對大學生使用運動APP對其運動習慣培養效用研究進展展開綜述,結果發現:適當使用運動APP對大學生運動行為和運動習慣有促進作用,這類APP的使用能夠幫助大學生改善身體形態、提高身體功能,但在運動行為結束后就難以將效果繼續保持。建議學校應用APP形成師生運動交流社區及進行不同類別的運動挑戰,同時政府制定高校及個人獎勵制度,鼓勵學生持續參與運動,進而增加持續使用運動APP的意圖,并希望學術界開展長期的成效追蹤,探索APP的不同功能對不同運動的成效。
