Influencing factors and suggestions on mental health of college students with left-behind experiences in China

  • 摘要: 留守經歷會影響大學生的心理健康水平。影響留守經歷大學生心理健康的因素包括留守時間、性別、生源地、人格、情緒調節能力、應對方式、社會支持、家庭教養方式、負性生活事件等。為優化留守經歷大學生的心理健康狀況, 高校心理健康教育需重視農村生源留守經歷大學生、留守經歷男大學生的心理健康教育, 重視留守經歷大學生安全感、主觀幸福感水平的提升, 優化留守經歷大學生的人格、情緒調節能力和應對方式, 為留守經歷大學生構建良好的社會支持系統。
